If you have specific preferences or allergies, there is an instructions section at checkout to share those with us. We try our best to honor all requests. Allergies can be accommodated, but this is NOT an allergen-free kitchen and there is a risk of cross-contamination.
You do NOT have to be at the resort to accept delivery (there are many exceptions off Disney property such as the Swan, Dolphin, and other Marriott resorts ) Boards will be held at bell/luggage services in a refrigerator until you arrive. The resort does not always call to let you know a delivery has been made, the person who orders will receive a fulfillment email when delivery has been made.
