How does delivery work?
Resorts: boxes and trays can be refrigerated at the front desk and picked up at the guest convenience
Residence: boxes and trays will be delivered to the customer, at an arranged time.
We deliver Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays (the resort will hold overnight if you chose a day not of these 3! Everything is packaged to stay fresh) We recommend ordering breakfast items for the day prior you plan on enjoying, as we normally deliver around lunchtime!
*We will try our best accommodate to the time request, but there is no guarantee due to delivery windows
Please note change of delivery address must be informed to us at least 24 hours prior or we are not responsible for switching address so we can update delivery route
Cans we customize our order?
We can customize your box to fit your eating preferences or any special occasion that you want to celebrate, we can emphasize a birthday, seasonal, Disney, or anything that you can think of. We can also make sure your box is gluten-free or keto-friendly.
What is your Cancelation policy?
Orders can be canceled up to five days prior to delivery date. A 75% refund will be issued or a credit to use within 6 months.
If you failed to contact us within the 72 hour window to check availability, there will be a $6 processing fee taken out if the refund if you need to cancel because you didn’t check the within 72 hour availability .
